Peony Cup

Description

Every step of this cup’s creation was done by hand, and each stage leaves its own mark.
All the details – from its form to its colors – are unique.

While sketching the design on my iPad, I chose the following color palette:
Flamingo Foundation as the base, detailed with Wine About It, Pink-A-Boo, Old Lace, and fine Cotton Tail lines.

The cup was carefully hand-painted by me for over 9 hours, glazed with a transparent finish, and kiln-fired in my Rohde Ecotop 60S for 34 hours.

A one-of-a-kind piece, perfectly imperfect, waiting for the right hands to call it home.
